When you use HexCore, we collect the following information:

  • Discord Profile Data: Your Discord user ID, username, email address, and avatar (via Discord OAuth).
  • Usage Data: Bot command usage logs, timestamps, and the Discord server (guild) where commands are executed.
  • Payment Data: Transaction records processed through Duitku. We do not store credit card or bank account details.
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser user-agent, and session cookies for authentication purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the Service (authentication, dashboard, bot features).
  • To track usage analytics and display them on your personal dashboard.
  • To process payments and manage premium subscriptions.
  • To communicate important updates via broadcasts and support tickets.
  • To detect and prevent abuse or unauthorized access.

3. Data Storage & Security

  • All data is stored in PostgreSQL (hosted on Supabase, AP-Southeast-1 region).
  • Database connections are encrypted using SSL/TLS.
  • Session tokens are managed by better-auth with secure cookie settings.
  • API keys are hashed and stored securely.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties, except:

  • Discord: We use Discord OAuth for authentication.
  • Duitku: Payment processing requires sharing transaction data with Duitku.
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Bot usage logs are retained for analytics purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support.

  • Request deletion of your account and data.
  • Export your usage analytics data.
  • Opt out of non-essential communications.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (session tokens). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be announced via broadcasts on the dashboard. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
