Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using HexCore Bot Engine ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HexCore provides a gateway platform for managing Discord and WhatsApp bots, including but not limited to: bot command execution, user analytics, premium plan management, and real-time monitoring through the Pterodactyl panel integration.

3. User Accounts

• You must authenticate via Discord OAuth to access dashboard features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account.
• One Discord account per user. Duplicate accounts may be suspended.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service (per Discord ToS).

4. Premium Plans & Payments

• Premium plans (Minimize, Gacor, Sultan) are billed on a monthly basis.
• Payments are processed through Duitku payment gateway.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis by contacting support.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 14 days advance notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Abuse, harass, or spam other users through the bot.
• Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service.
• Share your API key or account credentials with third parties.
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the API beyond quota limits.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your access to premium features will be revoked.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. HexCore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
